MANDEE FLANDERS is host of The Leadline Podcast and founder of Horse Family, an online magazine for backyard equestrians.
When her very first horse business hobby struggled to turn any kind of profit, Mandee knew there had to be a better way. She decided to place her dream on hold and set out to learn everything she could about business and marketing, later returning to the equine industry with more than 8 years of invaluable experience.
Today, Mandee serves as the coach and facilitator of the Purpose to Profit program, where her primary goal is to help equine entrepreneurs monetize their dreams so they can have the life they’ve always dreamed of.

Why do I need to apply to join?
We have a limit of 12 seats available for the Purpose to Profit program. To ensure that each student receives the highest value and is the right fit for a group coaching format, we will be interviewing all applicants prior to accepting any payment.
Is this program strictly for equine entrepreneurs?
No, absolutely not! While our audience widely consists of horse business owners, we have also seen great success with entrepreneurs such as bloggers, service providers, or small boutique-style retailers outside of the equine industry. The principles we teach can be implemented in many types of businesses.

When will the sessions occur and how long are they?
Group coaching will occur bi-weekly on Tuesdays at 7pm EDT, with a duration of approximately 90-120 minutes. International students are welcome to join, however, we recommend checking your local timezone conversion to ensure you can attend most if not all of the sessions in real-time.
How do I join the coaching calls?
Group coaching sessions will be held on Zoom with video and audio turned on for each student. Office Hours will occur on Facebook Live in the private client group. If for any reason you believe you may be unable to use Zoom video or audio features during the coaching calls, please mention this when applying.
Am I required to attend every session?
We highly recommend attending all sessions to receive the best value from the Purpose to Profit program. Replays will be available in a private client group if you are absolutely unable to attend a particular date on the schedule.
How many people from my team can participate?
We understand that there may be applicants who are part of a business partnership or family-owned business. If this applies to your situation, please note this on your application and contact Mandee directly for options at mandee@theleadlinepodcast.com.
Do you offer any guarantee?
There are no income claims of any kind with our coaching program. We believe that students will experience growth in their business when they follow the curriculum, however, each person’s business and individual situation will vary.
If you’re looking for a program that guarantees you to earn a specific dollar threshold or your money back, this program is not for you.
Approved applicants are not obligated to invest upon program acceptance; however, once an approved applicant has accepted their spot and submitted payment(s), all sales are final and no refunds will be offered.
